Wilmcote School Parents Association
WSPA (Wilmcote School Parents Association) is our school’s PTA. All parents and staff are members of WSPA and are welcome to get involved.
WSPA is made up of a small group of friendly and enthusiastic parents. We meet (once a half term) to plan ways of raising much needed funds to provide many extras for the children and enrich their learning. Without the commitment from this small group of volunteers, our children would not be able to benefit from these additional extras. WSPA organise fundraising events throughout the year, including an annual Summer Ball, Discos and School Fairs. Funding objectives are decided in collaboration with staff and parents at regular meetings during the year.
We are a registered charity (charity number 1094382), with an elected committee. The current committee and trustees of the charity are Helen Russell (Chair), Ruby Strain (Vice Chair), Juliet Carpenter (Treasurer) and Nicky Lloyd (Secretary). WSPA is open to new members who wish to join the committee or parents who could offer their support occasionally at events. Please have a chat with any of us or contact us: hello@wspa-wilmcote.org.uk
